The Sevira Kids company sells fashion, childcare and decoration items intended for newborns, young children and their parents. These General Conditions of Sale (the “CGV”) apply to any purchase made by a natural person (“Customer”) on the website www.sevirakids.com or within the framework of Trade Shows and Exhibitions.
The website www.sevirakids.com (“Site”) is the property of Sevira Kids (“Seller”), a Limited Liability Company registered in the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number RCS 821 178 084, with its head office social at 84 Avenue de la République 75011 Paris.

IMPORTANT: Any order placed on the Website necessarily implies the Customer's unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale. You have the option of registering free of charge on a BLOCTEL telephone canvassing opposition list (www.bloctel.gouv.fr) in order to no longer be contacted by telephone by a professional with whom you do not have an ongoing contractual relationship, in accordance with law no. 2014-344 of March 17, 2014 relating to consumption. 1. PREAMBLE
These General Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products by Sevira Kids to its customers in mainland France, DOM/TOM, Europe, and Worldwide.
The customer is clearly informed and acknowledges that the website is intended for consumers, and professionals must contact the Sevira Kids Sales Department to benefit from separate contractual conditions.
These General Terms and Conditions are referenced at the bottom of each page of the website via a link and must be read carefully and accepted by the customer before placing an order.
By clicking on the first button to place the order and then on the second to confirm said order, the customer acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted the General Terms and Conditions without limitation or condition.
Sevira Kids reserves the right to modify/update these General Terms and Conditions, which is why it is recommended to consult them before any new order.
2. PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS ON THE WEBSITE
2.1 Customer Information
To purchase a product, the customer must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity or, if a minor, be able to provide proof of consent from their legal representatives.
The customer will be asked to provide information to identify themselves by completing the form available on the website. The asterisk (*) indicates mandatory fields that must be completed for the customer’s order to be processed by Sevira Kids. The customer can check the status of their order on the website. Delivery tracking can, if applicable, be done using the online tracking tools of certain carriers. The customer can also contact Sevira Kids’ sales department at any time by email at serviceclient@sevirakids.com to obtain information on the status of their order.
The information the customer provides to Sevira Kids when placing an order must be complete, accurate, and up-to-date. Sevira Kids reserves the right to ask the customer to confirm, by any appropriate means, their identity, eligibility, and the information provided.
2.2 Product Characteristics
The customer agrees to read these details carefully before placing an order on the site.
Sevira Kids is committed to presenting the essential characteristics of the products (on the information sheets available on the site) and the mandatory information that the Customer must receive under applicable law (in these General Terms and Conditions).
The items sold are described and presented with the utmost accuracy, although photos are non-contractual, as minor differences in finish may occur (thread colors, hems, trims...), particularly due to the availability of raw materials or modifications made by a supplier.
If, despite our precautions, such a difference occurs (aesthetic change with no impact on product safety or primary use), Sevira Kids cannot be held liable for it.
In the interest of continuous improvement and based on parents' feedback, other modifications may be made to our Collections (modification of a fastening system or the composition of a closure, etc.).
Sevira Kids cannot be held responsible for differences inherent to the medium used during the order process, which may affect the perception of our visuals (brightness, etc.).
It is specified that for textile products, due to technical constraints related to sewing and finishing processes, a difference of +/- 2 to 3 cm may be observed without affecting the intrinsic characteristics of the product.
2.3 Ordering Procedure
Unless otherwise stated on the site, all products sold by Sevira Kids are new and comply with current European legislation and applicable standards in France. Except for special or exceptional cases, product orders are placed directly on the site www.sevirakids.com by the customer.
Orders are placed in several steps:
1. Pre-order or product reservation
For a pre-order on the site, the customer can request a reservation of the product(s) of their choice within the limits of available stock. This request is made in the contact us section or by sending an email to serviceclient@sevirakids.com. The reserved product(s) will be set aside for the customer for three consecutive weeks. Beyond this period, the reservation will be automatically canceled. It is therefore important to respect the three-week period before any pre-order. No unpaid order will be shipped. Under no circumstances does the pre-order or reservation of products result in an order shipment. The desired merchandise is only reserved until the day of the customer’s order on the site.
Product selection and purchase options: The customer must select the product(s) of their choice by clicking on the relevant product(s) and ensuring they choose the desired characteristics (color, size, etc.) and quantities. Each selected product is placed in the customer’s cart.
2. Cart validation
Once the product(s) are selected and placed in their cart, the customer must click on the cart and verify that the contents of their order are correct. If the customer has not yet done so, they will then be asked to identify themselves or register.
Once the customer has validated the cart contents and identified/registered, an online form will automatically be displayed summarizing the price, applicable taxes (including eco-contribution), and any applicable delivery charges.
The customer is invited to verify the contents of their order (including the quantity, characteristics, and references of the ordered products, billing address, payment method, and price) before validating their cart.

3. PERSONALIZATION
The products customized upon your request are embroidered with a unique font chosen by Sevira Kids, and the thread color used is gray. Depending on the products and their color, Sevira Kids reserves the right to use another typography or thread color purely for quality purposes and to enhance the item to the maximum.
Depending on the text size and the item, Sevira Kids reserves the right to adjust the embroidery size and its placement on one or more lines, always with the aim of achieving the highest quality result.
4. PAYMENT
4.1. PAYMENT METHODS
The customer can pay for products online on the secure Sevira Kids website using the following methods: Credit Card, PayPal, or bank transfer. It should be noted that bank transfer payments will take longer to process than other options. By making their choice, the customer guarantees Sevira Kids that they have all the necessary authorizations to use the chosen payment method.
Sevira Kids takes all necessary measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data transmitted online as part of secure online payment on its site https://www.sevirakids.com. It should be noted that all payment information provided on the website is transmitted to the site’s bank and is not processed on www.sevirakids.com.
Gift Card:
Sevira Kids gift cards are exclusively electronic and can only be used throughout the store at sevirakids.com. They are valid for 6 months from their date of issue. The customer has 14 days from receipt (right of withdrawal) to return it.
Upon use, purchases are deducted from the gift card balance. If a customer’s purchase exceeds the balance available on the card, the remaining amount or "remainder" must be paid by an additional payment method. If an order has been paid entirely by gift card, we cannot issue a refund to the card.
If an order has been paid with a gift card in addition to another payment method, we will only refund the amount paid by each initially used payment method.
The card cannot be replaced or refunded in case of loss or theft.
4.2. PAYMENT DATE
In the case of a single payment by credit card, the customer's account will be debited at the time of order.
Payment times via PayPal or bank transfer may vary depending on your banking institution.
4.3. LATE OR REFUSED PAYMENT
If the bank refuses to debit a card or other payment method, the customer must contact Sevira Kids Customer Service to pay for the order by any other valid payment method. Please note that no order for which payment has not been completed will be prepared and shipped.
Under no circumstances is Sevira Kids responsible for payment refusal. In the event that, for any reason, such as opposition, refusal, or otherwise, the transmission of funds due by the customer proves impossible, the order will be canceled and the sale automatically terminated.
4.4. TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP
The seller reserves ownership of the delivered products until full payment of their price.
5. CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION OF ORDER
The customer can request the cancellation or partial modification of their order if it has not yet been shipped.
In the case of a complete cancellation of a non-shipped order, the seller agrees to refund the full amount, including shipping fees. If the order has already been shipped, the conditions of the right of withdrawal or return mentioned below will apply.
Shipping fees cannot be canceled even in the event of a partial cancellation of the order.
6. PACKAGING
The products will be packaged in accordance with current transport standards to ensure maximum protection during delivery. Customers agree to adhere to the same standards when returning products under the conditions outlined above.
Special case: Gift wrapping
The customer has the option to choose the "gift wrapping" option. This option incurs an additional cost specified at the cart validation stage. The customer’s order will be wrapped in traditional gift paper accompanied by a gift card/gift message. A small accessory gift or additional decorative item may be added to the package.
Choosing the "gift wrapping" option means the invoice will not be included in the package. The invoice will be available by default in My Account or sent by email upon the customer's request.
7. DELIVERY
The delivery terms for products are set out in the "Delivery Policy" below. You can find the delivery zones and fees on this page.
7.1 SHIPPING TIMES
Generally, based on experience, the Sevira Kids team ensures the processing and shipping of orders received before 2 PM on the same day of their receipt. Otherwise, they are processed the next day. These times exclude weekends or holidays; orders received during these days will be processed the next business day.
Order preparation begins upon receipt of payment. The seller reserves the right to prepare the order within 48 hours of receiving payment.
COVID-19: Delivery times and online tracking are impacted during the COVID-19 health crisis, for all carriers and delivery methods. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter. In this exceptional health crisis context, logistics companies have very strict guidelines to follow to protect their health and the health of the customers they deliver to. For home deliveries, government directives state that delivery personnel should not enter the premises of homes or buildings of their clients, including elevators.
During the order process on the online store, Sevira Kids informs the customer of the possible shipping times and options for the purchased products. The service provider responsible for delivery is specified (La Poste (Colissimo) or DHL) as well as the indicative delivery time.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the chosen delivery method, the volume of items, and the destination. The amount of these costs will be due by the customer in addition to the purchase price of the products.
*EXPRESS DELIVERY: Orders marked for express delivery are prioritized and delivered within the displayed time, barring exceptional situations: the next day. This applies to all orders received before 2 PM. For all orders received after 2 PM, they will only be processed on the next business day.
Example: An order placed on Friday at 4 PM will be shipped the following Monday and delivered the next day. An order placed on Monday at 10 AM will be shipped that evening and delivered the next day (Tuesday).
**SPECIAL CASE: Delivery of bulky items: An additional fee of €7.90 for handling and home delivery of oversized items such as cribs, furniture, etc.
An email will be automatically sent to the customer at the time of shipping their order, provided that the email address provided in the registration form is correct.

7.2 ORDER RECEIPT
As carriers are independent service providers, in the event of damage or shortage, verbal reservations (even confirmed by letter) and the mention "accepted subject to inspection" on the delivery note unfortunately have no legal value. Delivery personnel are not required to deliver to the upper floors even if there is an elevator. Thus, the package or pallet will be placed at the foot of your building or in front of your home. The package can be handed over to the customer in their mailbox, in person, or to the guardian, at the delivery address specified during the order process. Delivery completes the transfer of ownership.
In the case of bulky packages and in the absence of the customer, a delivery notice will be left in the mailbox, indicating the address and the period of availability of the package.
7.3 DELAYS, THEFT, OR DAMAGE
It is specified that shipments are made - unless otherwise stated - within 24 to 72 hours from mainland France, and deliveries will be made within a maximum of fifteen (15) days. If not, the customer must request Sevira Kids to deliver within a reasonable time, and in case of non-delivery within this time, they may terminate the contract.
Sevira Kids is responsible until the product is delivered to the customer (including delivery to the mailbox, in person, or to the guardian). It is reminded that the customer has a period of three (3) days to report any damage or loss found during delivery.
The customer who has not received the package must notify Sevira Kids and file a non-receipt claim with the relevant carrier before contacting Sevira Kids.
7.4 REQUEST FOR REFUND DUE TO LOSS, THEFT, OR DAMAGE
In the case of a proven loss of the package during distribution and after the carrier's investigation, Sevira Kids will refund the customer, without undue delay upon receipt of the dated and signed sworn statement indicating the non-receipt of the package, the total amount paid for the products, including taxes and shipping costs, using the same payment method that the customer used to purchase the products.
Special case: If the customer has not received the package but it is marked "delivered" on the carrier's website, the customer must send an email with a sworn statement indicating the non-receipt of the package so that Sevira Kids can file a claim with the carrier.
Sevira Kids is not responsible for theft or damage occurring in the customer's mailbox; the decision will be made after the carrier's investigation results. Any package certified delivered by the carrier after the investigation will not be eligible for compensation/refund or reshipment of merchandise.
7.5 REQUEST FOR RESHIPMENT
If the customer wishes to have their package reshipped, Sevira Kids will promptly reship the customer's order as requested, upon receipt of the sworn statement indicating the non-receipt of the package.
8. WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN
8.1 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL APPLICABLE TO CONSUMER CLIENTS
All items may be subject to withdrawal, except those excluded by law in Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code and specified in Clause 7.4 Exclusion of the right of withdrawal.
For example: items that have been personalized upon your request, items that have been unsealed, items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g., worn socks), etc.
The customer has 14 days from the receipt of our items to ensure the compatibility of the purchased/received product(s) (in the case of a birth list) with the equipment intended for their use (cosy, stroller, bed, cradle, pram...), without exceeding the scope of a "test", in which case the product would no longer be new and thus no longer eligible for return. After this date and if the item shows signs of wear, no commercial gesture or return will be granted.
*Excluding hygiene products* The customer's liability may be incurred if they handle the items in ways other than necessary or if the returned product contains dust, hair, stains, fingerprints, or any other residue making the resale of the item impossible.
Subject to the provisions of Clause 7.2 below, the customer has the legal withdrawal period of fourteen days to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties, except for return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
8.2 PRINCIPLE OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer generally has the right to return or hand over the product to the seller or a person designated by the seller without undue delay and, in any case, no later than fourteen (14) days after notifying their decision to withdraw, unless the seller offers to collect the product themselves.
8.3 WITHDRAWAL PERIOD
The withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) calendar days after the day the customer, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the customer, takes physical possession of the product. If the customer has ordered multiple products via a single order resulting in several deliveries (or in the case of an order for a single product delivered in several lots), the withdrawal period will expire thirty (30) calendar days after the day the customer, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the customer, takes physical possession of the last delivered product.
Note: If the customer initially paid shipping fees (order under 60 EUR), these will not be refunded. Gift wrapping is also non-refundable.
8.4 EXCLUSION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND THE RIGHT OF RETURN
In accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code, and unless otherwise agreed between the Seller and the Customer, the right of withdrawal and return does not apply to all products, particularly:
- For hygiene or health protection reasons
• slippers / socks
• lingerie / underwear
• teething mittens, teething toys or accessories, and bath toys, hot or cold water bottles
• swaddles and wipes, flat comforters, and swaddle comforters included
• potty training products (toilet reducer, etc.)
• feeding products (spoons, plates, bottles, cups, feeders, fabric or silicone bibs or bandanas, etc.)
• silicone night lights (likely to have been put in the mouth by children)
• unsealed items, such as toys: detached and/or removed from packaging
- If they are likely to deteriorate or expire (e.g., gift cards, gift wrapping...)
- If they are custom-made according to the Client's specifications or clearly personalized.
Additionally, the right of return does not apply to gift cards. However, gift cards benefit from the right of withdrawal.
8.5 Terms of exercising the right of withdrawal and return
Notification of the right of withdrawal
To exercise their right of withdrawal or return, the customer must notify their decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement before the expiration of the 14-day withdrawal period.

The seller will send the customer an acknowledgment of receipt of the withdrawal or return information by email. This email will include:
- The procedure for returning or withdrawing the product(s)
- The postal address to which the customer must return the product(s)
- A summary of the registered product(s)
The withdrawal form is available here or can be sent by email upon request. The return slip is not mandatory to include in the return package.

Effects of withdrawal - Refund
Once the seller receives the return in compliance with the conditions mentioned above:
- If the customer wishes to return the entire order, they will be credited with the amount indicated on the order confirmation, excluding delivery costs incurred.
- If the customer returns part of the ordered products, they will be credited with the amount corresponding to the returned product(s).
The refund will be made no later than 14 days following the receipt of the returned goods subject to the return or withdrawal request from the day of receipt by the seller.
The refund will be made using the same payment method the customer used to pay for their order. The product(s) must be returned in good condition, in their original packaging, and with all accessories.
Any product returned damaged and/or out of its original packaging and/or without all its accessories will not be refunded. If the returned product(s) do not meet the return conditions, they will be sent back to the customer.
The seller reserves the right to refuse reimbursement for the following costs: return shipping costs, delivery costs, gift wrapping.
8.6 EXCHANGE
Deadlines and Conditions
If the customer wishes to exchange a product (color, model, or size), they must inform the seller before any return. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
If the desired product is more expensive than the initially paid price, the customer must pay the difference. Upon receipt of the payment, Sevira Kids will send the new item(s).
Items sent as gifts to the recipient by the invoiced party can only be refunded to the initial account used for payment of the order. By default, the gift recipient has the right of withdrawal within 14 days after the delivery date under the previously described conditions.
The terms are identical to those cited in our return conditions (deadlines, types of products accepted for return…). The product(s) desired for exchange will be sent back to the customer at the seller's expense.
8.7 RETURN OR EXCHANGE OF GOODS PURCHASED OUTSIDE THE WEBSITE: PURCHASE AT FAIRS OR EXHIBITIONS
In accordance with the Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made at fairs or exhibitions.
Consumers and customers are informed of the absence of the right of withdrawal.
To best satisfy its customers and according to specific criteria, Sevira Kids may agree to an exchange in return for the customer bearing the exchange costs under the same exchange conditions previously cited.
Note: Sevira Kids does not perform any exchange in person outside of fairs or exhibitions.
8.8 CLAIMS RELATED TO DAMAGE OCCURRING AFTER WASHING
We take great care in the manufacture of our products and recommend that our customers follow the washing and spinning instructions for our textile Collections:
- machine wash at low temperature
- low spin
- no tumble dryer
To preserve the durability of the textile, it is preferable to wash Baby's laundry separately and/or use laundry bags if possible to prevent velcro strips or other elements such as zippers from damaging your laundry. Any textile damage occurring after washing – except for any obvious manufacturing defect – cannot be subject to any compensation.
Similarly, as with any physical store, no claims arising several weeks or months of use can be subject to any compensation, as the conditions of use and/or washing cannot be verified by the seller. This clause particularly concerns textile, meal, hygiene, and care products involving intensive use and repeated washing.
9. GUARANTEES
Sevira Kids is registered with the national register of producers of furniture and electronic/electrical items under the number FR031543. This number ensures that Sevira Kids, by adhering to Éco-mobilier and Ecologique, complies with the regulatory obligations under Article L 541-10-1 of the Environmental Code.

9.1 SPECIFIC PROVISIONS FOR CONSUMER CUSTOMERS
Sevira Kids products benefit from the legal guarantees in force, namely, the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L. 217-4 to L.217-13 of the Consumer Code) and the legal guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 and 1648 of the Civil Code). We provide hypertext links to the Legifrance.gouv.fr website for you to consult the provisions regarding legal guarantees.
If, despite the care taken with each order, any part of the order arrives damaged or with a missing piece, the customer simply needs to notify the Sevira Kids Customer Service by email at serviceclient@sevirakids.com.
You have a legal period of 14 days from receipt of your order to report any defect and benefit from an exchange or a refund.
Sevira Kids is required to deliver a product that conforms to the expected use of a similar item and corresponds to the description provided on its website. This conformity also means that the product has the qualities that a buyer can legitimately expect given the public statements made by the brand, including in advertisements and on labeling.
In this context, Sevira Kids may be held responsible for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery and for any lack of conformity resulting from packaging, assembly instructions, or installation when it has been charged or carried out under its responsibility.
In the event that a replacement is impossible, Sevira Kids undertakes to refund the price of the product within 30 days of receipt of the product returned by the customer to the following address: Sevira Kids, 7 Rue du four Saint Jacques, 60200 Compiègne, France.
It is specified that this legal guarantee of conformity applies independently of any commercial guarantee that may be granted on the products.
Guarantee of conformity
Article L.217-4 of the Consumer Code
The seller delivers a product that complies with the contract and is responsible for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery.
They are also responsible for any lack of conformity resulting from packaging, assembly instructions, or installation when it has been charged to them by the contract or carried out under their responsibility.
Article L217-5 of the Consumer Code
The product conforms to the contract:
1° If it is suitable for the usual expected use of a similar item and, where applicable:
- if it corresponds to the description given by the seller and has the qualities presented to the buyer in the form of a sample or model;
- if it has the qualities that a buyer can legitimately expect given the public statements made by the seller, by the producer, or by their representative, particularly in advertisements or on labeling;
2° Or if it has the characteristics defined by mutual agreement by the parties or is suitable for any special use sought by the buyer, brought to the seller's attention and accepted by them.
Article L217-9 of the Consumer Code
In the event of a lack of conformity, the buyer chooses between repairing and replacing the item.
However, the seller may not proceed according to the buyer's choice if this choice entails a manifestly disproportionate cost compared to the other method, given the value of the item or the significance of the defect. They are then required to proceed, unless impossible, according to the method not chosen by the buyer.
Article L217-11 of the Consumer Code
The application of the provisions of Articles L. 217-9 and L. 217-10 is without any cost to the buyer.
These same provisions do not prevent the allocation of damages.
Article L217-12 of the Consumer Code
The action resulting from the lack of conformity is prescribed by two years from the delivery of the item.
When accepting the GTC, the Customer also confirms reading the legal provisions (which must be displayed according to Article L.242-16 of the Consumer Code) provided for in Articles L. 221-5, L. 221-6, L. 221-8, L. 221-11, L. 221-12 to L. 221-14.
9.2 GUARANTEES AGAINST HIDDEN DEFECTS
You can decide to implement the guarantee against hidden defects of the item sold within the meaning of Article 1641 of the Civil Code. In this case, you can choose between canceling the sale or reducing the sale price in accordance with Article 1644 of the Civil Code.
Article 1641 of the Civil Code
The seller is bound by the guarantee for hidden defects of the item sold that render it unfit for the use for which it is intended, or that so impair that use that the buyer would not have acquired it, or would only have given a lower price for it, had they known of the defects.
Article 1648 paragraph 1 of the Civil Code
The action resulting from redhibitory defects must be brought by the customer within two years of discovering the defect.
9.3 SPECIFIC PROVISIONS FOR PROFESSIONAL CLIENTS
Professional clients cannot benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity of Articles L. 221-4 of the Consumer Code. However, they can benefit from the legal guarantee against hidden defects stipulated by Article 1641 of the Civil Code.
10. LIABILITY AND FORCE MAJEURE
Sevira Kids cannot be held responsible, or considered to have failed under these terms, for any delay or non-performance when the cause of the delay or non-performance is related to a force majeure event as defined by the jurisprudence of the French courts and tribunals.
Furthermore, it is specified that Sevira Kids does not control websites that are directly or indirectly linked to its website. Consequently, it excludes any liability for the information published on these websites. Links to third-party websites are provided for informational purposes only, and no guarantee is given regarding their content.
11. PERSONAL DATA
11.1 PROOF AND ARCHIVING
Sevira Kids agrees to archive this information in order to track transactions and produce a copy of the contract at the request of the customer. However, Sevira Kids advises the customer to keep a paper or reliable digital copy of all data related to their orders.
Any contract concluded with the customer corresponding to an order amounting to 120 euros including tax or more will be archived by Sevira Kids for a period of ten (10) years in accordance with Article L. 213-1 of the Consumer Code. The seller guarantees the customer access at any time.

Sevira Kids collects personal data about its customers on its website, including through cookies. Customers can disable cookies by following the instructions provided by their browser.
The data collected by Sevira Kids is used to process orders placed on the site, manage the customer’s account, analyze orders, and, if the customer has chosen this option, to send them commercial prospecting letters, newsletters, promotional offers, and/or information on special sales, unless the customer no longer wishes to receive such communications from Sevira Kids.

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made online on the website, as long as the website is available online.
The General Terms and Conditions are precisely dated and may be modified and updated by Sevira Kids at any time. The applicable General Terms and Conditions are those in effect at the time of the order. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions will not apply to products already purchased.
14. JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
These General Terms and Conditions, as well as the relationship between the customer and Sevira Kids, are governed by French law.
In case of a dispute, only French courts will have jurisdiction.
However, prior to any recourse to arbitration or state court, negotiation in a spirit of loyalty and good faith will be preferred to reach an amicable agreement in the event of any conflict related to this contract, including its validity.
The party wishing to initiate the negotiation process must inform the other party by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, indicating the elements of the conflict. If after a period of fifteen (15) days, the parties are unable to reach an agreement, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court designated below.
Throughout the negotiation process and until its conclusion, the parties agree not to pursue any legal action against each other regarding the conflict subject to negotiation. By exception, the parties are permitted to refer the matter to the summary jurisdiction or to seek an emergency order. Any possible action before the summary jurisdiction or the implementation of an emergency procedure does not result in the parties waiving the amicable settlement clause, unless expressly stated otherwise.
ANNEX 1
PROMO CODES / DISCOUNT COUPONS / CONTESTS
Coupons / promo codes for special offers can only be used once. They can be used on any item, even on sale items.
Any offer, including the welcome offer, is valid only once per person and cannot be combined with other discount codes. It can be combined with other ongoing promotions. It does not apply to shipping costs. It is not retroactive: it cannot be applied to previous orders. It cannot be refunded.
The promo code(s) must be manually entered by the customer before online payment. Any omission of the promo code at this stage cannot be modified or refunded afterwards once the order is validated.
Gift vouchers (coupons/promo codes) / Contests
In the context of organizing contests with gift vouchers as prizes, Sevira Kids provides a personal promo code to the winner(s) designated by a random draw. These codes are for single use only. They are non-transferable and can only be used by the beneficiary customer.
Prize distribution
Each contest announces the date of the draw. It is up to each participant to stay informed on the day of the announcement of the results.
Prizes won in contests organized by Sevira Kids are not subject to any financial compensation for receiving them. Be vigilant! Any call to a premium-rate number is a sign of fraud and should be reported to us. Similarly, if postal charges are requested for receiving your prize, it should be refused so that it is returned to us and we can proceed with the proper reshipment of your prize.
The customer has a period of 2 months from the announcement of the results to claim their prize. To do so, each selected customer is invited to contact Sevira Kids via private message on Facebook, providing their complete contact details: NAME, First Name, phone number, email address, complete postal address (street number and name, postal code, city, and country).
After this period, if we have no news from the winner(s), the prize(s) will be automatically re-entered into the next draw.
