These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (the "GTC") apply to any purchase made by a natural person on the website www.sevirakids.com or within the framework of Trade Shows and Exhibition Fairs (see Appendix 1).

1. Preamble

These General Conditions govern the sale of products by Sevira Kids to its Customers in metropolitan France, DOM / TOM, Europe and the rest of the world.

The Customer is clearly informed and recognizes that the website is intended for Consumers and that Professionals must contact the Sevira Kids Sales Department in order to benefit from separate contractual conditions.

These GTC are referenced at the bottom of each page of the website by means of a link and must be read carefully and accepted by the Customer before placing an order.


By clicking on the first button to place the order then on the second to confirm the said order, the Customer acknowledges having read, understood and accepted the General Conditions without limitation or condition.

Sevira Kids reserves the right to modify / update these GTCS which is why it is recommended to consult them before any new order.

2. Purchase of products on the website

2.1. Customer Information

To be able to buy a Product, the Customer must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity or, if he is a minor, be able to justify the agreement of his legal representatives.

The Customer will be asked to provide information enabling him to be identified by completing the form available on the website. The sign (*) indicates the mandatory fields that must be completed for the Customer's order to be processed by Sevira Kids. The Customer can check the status of his order on the site. Delivery tracking may, where appropriate, be performed using the online tracking tools of certain carriers. The Customer can also contact the Sevira Kids sales department at any time by e-mail, at serviceclient@sevirakids.com, in order to obtain information on the status of his order.

The information that the Customer provides to Sevira Kids when placing an order must be complete, accurate and up to date. Sevira Kids reserves the right to ask the Customer to confirm, by any appropriate means, his identity, his eligibility and the information communicated.

2.2. Product features

The Customer undertakes to read this information carefully before placing an order on the site.

Sevira Kids undertakes to present the essential characteristics of the products (on the information sheets available on the site) and the mandatory information that the Customer must receive by virtue of applicable law (in these General Conditions).

The items sold are described and presented with the greatest precision, however the photos are not contractual, in the sense that minimal differences in finish may occur (yarn colors, hems, edging, etc.), in particular due to availability. raw materials, or modification made by a supplier.

If, despite our precautions, a difference of this type occurs (aesthetic change having no impact on the safety of the product, or on its main use), Sevira Kids could in no case be committed for this fact.

For the sake of continuous improvement and following feedback from Parents, other modifications can be made to our Collections (modification of a fastening system or of the composition of a closure, etc.).

Sevira Kids cannot be held responsible for the differences inherent in the medium used during the ordering process, which may influence the perception of our visuals (brightness, etc.).

It is specified that for the range of blankets, footmuffs and swaddling sleeping bags, given the technical constraints related to the sewing and finishing process, a difference of +/- 2 to 3 cm may be observed, without impact. on the intrinsic characteristics of the product.

Given the health situation (COVID-19), the customer now has 30 days (instead of 14), from receipt of our items, to ensure the compatibility of the product (s) purchased / receipt (s) (in the case of a birth list) with the equipment with which their use is planned (cozy, stroller, bed, cradle, pram ...), without going beyond the " test ", in which case the product would no longer be new and therefore no longer eligible for a return. After this date and if the item shows signs of wear, no commercial gesture or return can be attributed.

Unless expressly stated otherwise on the site, all products sold by Sevira Kids are new and comply with current European legislation and the standards applicable in France.

2.3. Order procedure


Except in the specific case of Market Places or exceptional cases, product orders are placed directly on the site by the Customer.

Orders are made in several stages:

  1. Product selection and purchase options

The Customer must select the product (s) of his choice by clicking on the product (s) concerned and making sure to choose the characteristics (color, size, etc.) and the desired quantities. . Each selected product is placed in the Customer's basket.

2. Basket validation

Once the product (s) have been selected and placed in his basket, the Customer must click on the basket and check that the content of his order is correct. If the Customer has not yet done so, he will then be invited to identify himself or to register.

Once the Customer has validated the contents of the basket and identified / registered, an online form automatically completed and summarizing the price, applicable taxes and, if applicable, the costs of delivery.

The Customer is invited to check the content of his order (including the quantity, characteristics and references of the products ordered, the billing address, the means of payment and the price) before validating his basket.

The Customer can then proceed to payment for the products by following the instructions on the site and provide all the information necessary for invoicing and delivery.

The responsibility of Sevira Kids can in no way be engaged in the event of non-performance or improper performance of contractual obligations attributable to the Customer, in particular when entering his order.

3. Acknowledgment of receipt

Once all the steps described above are completed, a page appears on the SITE to acknowledge receipt of the Customer's order. A copy of the acknowledgment of receipt of the order is automatically sent to the Customer by email, provided that the email address provided through the registration form is correct.

4. Billing

During the ordering procedure, the Customer must enter the information necessary for invoicing (the sign (*) will indicate the mandatory fields that must be filled in for the Customer's order to be processed by Sevira Kids).

The Customer must in particular clearly indicate all the information relating to the delivery, in particular the exact address, as well as any possible access code to the address indicated.

The Customer must then specify the means of payment chosen.

Neither the order form that the Customer establishes online, nor the acknowledgment of receipt of the order that Sevira Kids sends to the Customer by email constitutes an invoice. Whatever the method of order or payment used, the Customer will receive the original of the invoice on delivery of the products, inside the package. Sevira Kids does not send any order confirmation by post or fax.

2.4. Date of the order

The date of the order is the date on which Sevira Kids acknowledges receipt of the order online. The deadlines indicated on the site do not begin to run until this date.

2.5. Order price

For all Products, the Customer will find on the site prices displayed in euros, all taxes included, as well as the applicable delivery costs (depending on the weight of the package, the delivery address, the carrier or mode of transport chosen) .

The prices include in particular the value added tax (VAT) at the rate in force on the date of the order. Any modification of the applicable rate may impact the price of the products from the date of entry into force of the new rate.

The applicable VAT rate is expressed as a percentage of the value of the product sold.

The prices set by Sevira Kids are subject to change in the event of special offers or sales. Differences in prices between similar models can be explained by the cost of raw materials or the state of stocks (end of series for example).

The prices indicated on the Online Store are valid, except for gross error. The applicable price is that indicated on the site www.sevirakids.com or on the Partner's site (Market Place) on the date on which the order is placed by the Customer.

Special case of prices mentioned on social networks:

The prices mentioned on social networks are given for information only and generally correspond to specific operations (sales, exceptional promotions, etc.). They have no contractual value. Thus, Sevira Kids could not be committed to billing a product at the price mentioned on an old publication on all social networks or market places , nor at the prices mentioned in its Facebook Store, which may suffer a slight delay in computer updates. due - among other things - to the processing times of the social network.

Special case of an order placed for the French overseas departments and territories, Switzerland, Canada, the United States and the rest of the world

Our partner DHL supports the fast shipment of parcels from France to all destinations. The amount of the delivery costs is indicated to you before validation and payment of your order.

2.6. Product availability

The product offers sold by Sevira Kids are valid while stocks last.

The unavailability of a product is in principle indicated on the page of the product concerned by the mention "out of stock". The Customer can also be informed of the restocking of a product by contacting Sevira Kids.

In any case, if the unavailability was not indicated at the time of the order, Sevira Kids undertakes to inform the Customer without delay of the unavailability of the latter.

Sevira Kids can, at the Customer's request:

  • either proceed to a partial shipment of the available products first, then to the shipment of the rest of the order when the other products are available, subject to clear information concerning the additional transport costs that could be incurred,
  • either offer an alternative product of equivalent quality and price, accepted by the Customer.

If the Customer decides to cancel his order for unavailable product (s), he will obtain a refund of all sums paid for the latter (s) as soon as possible, within a maximum period of thirty (30) days after payment.

2.7. Detached pieces

Certain products for which the spare parts have been lost or damaged by the Customer, may be the subject of a specific order in return for the sending of a check covering the costs of processing, supply and delivery.

In order to facilitate the processing and receipt of the spare part, the check must:

- be sent to the following address: Sevira Kids, 28 rue Notre-Dame de Bon Secours, 60200 Compiègne, France and be accompanied by a piece of free paper on which appears the Name, First name, Full address, Telephone number, Address e-mail, order number, and specify the nature of the goods ordered.

3. Payment

3.1. MEANS OF PAYMENT


The Customer can pay for his products online on the secure Sevira Kids website using the following means: Credit card, PayPal, Bank transfer, Check or Amazon Payments. It should be noted that for payment by bank transfer or check, the processing time will be longer than for the other options.

By making his choice, the Customer guarantees Sevira Kids that he holds all the authorizations required to use the chosen means of payment.

Sevira Kids takes all necessary measures to guarantee the security and confidentiality of data transmitted online as part of secure online payment on its site https://www.sevirakids.com

As such, it is specified that all payment information provided on the website is transmitted to the site's bank and is not processed on www.sevirakids.com.

3.2. PAYMENT DATE


In the event of a single payment by credit card, the Customer's account will be debited when ordering.

Payment terms via PayPal or Transfer may vary depending on your banking organization. Regarding checks, they are deposited upon receipt and the merchandise sent after receipt.

3.3. DELAY OR REFUSAL OF PAYMENT


If the bank refuses to debit a card or other means of payment, the Customer must contact Sevira Kids Customer Service in order to pay for the order by any other valid means of payment.

In the event that, for any reason whatsoever, opposition, refusal or other, the transmission of the flow of money owed by the Customer would prove impossible, the order will be canceled and the sale automatically terminated.

3.4. TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP

Sevira Kids remains the owner of the products delivered until their total payment by the Customer.

4. Cancellation, withdrawal or modification of an order

The customer has 14 days, from the receipt of our items, to ensure the compatibility of the product (s) purchased / received (in the case of a birth list) with the equipment with which their use is planned (cozy, stroller, bed, cradle, pram ...), without going beyond the scope of the "test", in which case the product would no longer be new and therefore no longer eligible for a return. After this date and if the item shows signs of wear, no commercial gesture or return can be attributed. This mention does not apply to products in the hygiene and care, dentition, meals, socks, slippers, as well as the range of soft silicone nightlights.

4.1. CANCELLATION / WITHDRAWAL

The Customer may request the cancellation or partial modification of his order if it has not yet been shipped.


After shipment, the Customer has the option of returning all or part of an order at his expense. On receipt and after control of the package, Sevira Kids will automatically refund the initial amount of the order paid by the Customer, or will proceed with the exchange * under specific conditions (see following paragraph).

NB: If the Customer had initially paid shipping costs (order less than 60 EUR) these will not be refunded.

The modalities of the right of withdrawal are provided for in the section “Procedures for exercising the right of withdrawal”, available in Appendix 1 of these GTC.

4.2. EXCHANGE


If the Customer wishes to change a product (color, model or size) he must inform Sevira Kids before returning. The return costs remain the responsibility of the Customer.

If the desired product is at a price higher than the price initially paid, the Customer must pay the difference by check. Upon receipt of this, Sevira Kids will proceed to send the new article (s).

Items from birth lists / gift lists can only be exchanged by the recipient within 14 days of the delivery date under the conditions previously described, and not a refund.

* For reasons of safety and hygiene, I understand that the following products are neither returned nor exchanged:

  • * slippers / socks / activity socks / tights / underwear
  • * accessories from the bath and care category: Thermo Bunny or TermoFoxi hot water bottles, wipes, etc.
  • * products related to cleanliness (toilet reducing pot, wipes, etc.)
  • * teething toys or accessories, teething mittens and bath toys
  • * products in the meal category (spoons, plates, bowls, cups, bottles, nibblers, silicone bibs, textile bibs, etc.)
  • * toys: any toy taken out of its packaging will not be taken back or exchanged because it cannot be re-conditioned or resold with the guarantees and safety inherent in "new" condition
  • INNOGIO soft silicone night lights (likely to have been put in the mouth by children) or Akio night lights
  • Disney toys: no return if the soft toys have been removed from the packaging.

5. PACKAGING

The products will be packaged in accordance with the transport standards in force, in order to guarantee maximum protection during delivery. Customers undertake to comply with the same standards when returning products under the conditions set out above.

Special case: Gift wrapping

The Customer has the option of choosing the "gift wrapping" option. This option generates an additional cost specified in the basket validation step. The Customer's order will be wrapped in traditional gift wrapping paper, to which will be added a small gift, accessory or additional decorative element, such as a fabric heart or a pair of anti / scratch birth mittens.

The choice of the "gift wrapping" option implies that the invoice will not be attached to the package. The invoice will be sent to the Customer on request by e-mail.

6. DELIVERY

The terms of delivery of the products are provided for in the "delivery policy" referred to in Annex 2 of these GTC and accessible at the bottom of each page of the site via a hypertext link.

*** Delivery of bulky item (s): EUR 7.90 additional charge for handling and home delivery of classic oversized items such as cribs, furniture, etc.

COVID-19: Delivery times and online tracking are impacted during the health crisis linked to COVID-19. Thank you for your kindness and understanding on this matter. Note that any express order cannot be processed until the next working day. If you order a bank holiday eve or bridge weekend, shipping will not be made until the next working day.

In this context of exceptional health crisis, logistics companies have very strict instructions to follow in order to protect their health but also that of the customers they deliver. In the context of home deliveries, government directives specify that deliverers must not enter the premises of their customers' houses or buildings, nor therefore elevators.

7. GUARANTEES

If, despite the care taken with each order, all or part of the order arrives damaged or with a missing part, the Customer simply has to report it to Sevira Kids Customer Service by e-mail at serviceclient@sevirakids.com

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to report any defect to us and receive an exchange or a refund. There is no specific guarantee on textile products, like other childcare brands.

Like any online merchant or physical store, there is no guarantee on textile products whether they are clothes, bed linen, or baby accessories such as sleeping bags, footmuffs, mittens for strollers, wipes, etc.

Claims related to damage after washing

We take the greatest care in the preparation of our products and recommend that our Customers follow the washing and spinning instructions of our Textile Collections:
- machine wash at low temperature
- low spin
- no dryer

In order to preserve the durability of the textile, it is preferable to wash baby's laundry separately and / or use washing bags if possible so that the Velcro straps or other elements such as zippers, etc. do not damage your laundry. Any textile damage occurring after washing - apart from a possible flagrant manufacturing defect - cannot be the subject of any compensation.

Likewise and like any physical store, no claim occurring several weeks or months of use may be the subject of any compensation, the conditions of use and / or washing cannot be verified by the Seller. . This clause particularly concerns products in the textile, meals, hygiene and care category involving intense use and repeated washing.

7.1. CONFORMITY GUARANTEE

Article L.211-4 of the Consumer Code : “The seller is required to deliver goods in accordance with the contract and is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery. It is also responsible for any lack of conformity resulting from the packaging, the assembly instructions or the installation when this has been charged to it by the contract or has been carried out under its responsibility. "

Article L.211-5 of the Consumer Code : To comply with the contract, the goods must:


1) be suitable for the use usually expected of a similar good and, where applicable:
- correspond to the description given by the seller and have the qualities that the latter presented to the buyer in the form of a sample or model;

Sevira Kids is required to deliver a compliant product, that is to say suitable for the expected use of a similar good and corresponding to the description given on its site. This compliance also assumes that the product has the qualities that a buyer can legitimately expect with regard to the public statements made by the brand, including in advertisements and on labels.

In this context, Sevira Kids is liable to respond to any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery and any lack of conformity resulting from the packaging, the assembly instructions or the installation when this has been charged to it or was carried out under his responsibility.

In the event of lack of conformity, the Customer may request the replacement or reimbursement of the product.

In the event that a replacement is impossible, Sevira Kids undertakes to return the price of the product within 30 days of receipt of the product returned by the Customer to the following address Sevira Kids, 28 rue Notre-Dame de Bon Secours, 60200 Compiègne, France.

It is specified that this legal guarantee of conformity applies independently of the commercial guarantee granted, if applicable, on the products.

7.2. GUARANTEE OF HIDDEN DEFECTS

You can decide to implement the guarantee against hidden defects of the item sold within the meaning of article 1641 of the Civil Code. In this case, you can choose between the cancellation of the sale or a reduction of the sale price in accordance with article 1644 of the Civil Code.

Article 1641 of the Civil Code

The seller is bound by the warranty for hidden defects in the item sold which make it unfit for the use for which it is intended, or which reduce this use so much that the buyer has not acquired it, or has not acquired it. would have given a lower price, if he had known them.

Article 1648 paragraph 1 of the Civil Code

The action resulting from crippling defects must be brought by the Customer within two years from the discovery of the defect.

8. Liability

Sevira Kids cannot be held responsible, or considered to have failed herein, for any delay or non-performance, when the cause of the delay or non-performance is related to a case of force majeure as defined by case law. French courts and tribunals.

It is also specified that Sevira Kids does not control websites which are directly or indirectly linked to the website. Consequently, it excludes all liability for the information published there. Links to third party websites are provided for informational purposes only and no warranty is given as to their content.

9. Personal data

9.1. PROOF AND ARCHIVING

Any contract concluded with the Customer corresponding to an order for an amount exceeding 120 euros including tax will be archived by Sevira Kids for a period of ten (10) years in accordance with Article L. 134-2 of the Consumer Code.

Sevira Kids agrees to archive this information in order to monitor transactions and produce a copy of the contract at the CUSTOMER's request.

In the event of a dispute, Sevira Kids will be able to prove that its electronic tracking system is reliable and that it guarantees the integrity of the transaction.

9.2. PROTECTION OF PRIVACY AND COOKIES

Sevira Kids collects personal data about its Customers on its website, including through cookies. Customers can disable cookies by following the instructions provided by their browser.

The data collected by Sevira Kids are used to process orders placed on the site, manage the Customer's account, analyze the orders and, if the Customer has chosen this option, send him commercial prospecting letters, newsletters, offers. promotional and / or information on special sales, unless the Customer no longer wishes to receive such communications from Sevira Kids.

11. Intellectual property

All visual and sound elements of the website, including the underlying technology used, are protected by copyright, trademark and / or patent law.

These elements are the exclusive property of Sevira Kids. Anyone who publishes a website and wishes to create a direct hypertext link to the site must request permission from Sevira Kids in writing.

All conditions not expressly dealt with herein will be governed in accordance with the practice of the retail sector, for companies headquartered in France.

These General Conditions apply to all purchases made online on the website, as long as the website is available online.

The General Conditions are precisely dated and may be modified and updated by Sevira Kids at any time. The applicable General Conditions are those in force at the time of the order.

Modifications to the General Conditions will not apply to products already purchased.

13. Jurisdiction and applicable law

These General Conditions as well as the relationship between the Customer and Sevira Kids are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, only the French courts will be competent.

However, prior to any recourse to the arbitral or state judge, priority will be given to negotiating in a spirit of loyalty and good faith with a view to reaching an amicable agreement upon the occurrence of any conflict relating to this contract, including relating to its validity.

The party wishing to implement the negotiation process must inform the other party by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt indicating the elements of the conflict. If at the end of a period of fifteen (15) days, the parties fail to come to an agreement, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court designated below.

Throughout the negotiation process and until its end, the parties refrain from taking any legal action against each other and for the conflict that is the subject of the negotiation. As an exception, the parties are authorized to seize the court of summary proceedings or to request the pronouncement of an order on request. A possible action before the court of summary proceedings or the implementation of a procedure on request does not entail on the part of the parties any waiver of the amicable settlement clause, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

ANNEX 1

MODALITIES OF EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Principle of withdrawal

The Customer has in principle the right to return or return the PRODUCT to the SELLER or to a person designated by the latter, without undue delay, and at the latest within fourteen (14) days following the communication of his decision to withdraw, unless the SELLER offers to collect the PRODUCT himself.

Withdrawal period

The withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) calendar days after the day on which the Customer, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the Customer, takes physical possession of the PRODUCT.

In the event that the Customer has ordered several PRODUCTS via a single order giving rise to several DELIVERIES (or in the case of an order of a single PRODUCT delivered in several batches), the withdrawal period will expire thirty (14) calendar days after the day on which the CUSTOMER, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the Customer, takes physical possession of the last PRODUCT delivered.

Effects of withdrawal

Sevira Kids will proceed with the refund using the same means of payment as the one used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless the Customer expressly agrees on a different means, in any event, this refund will not incur costs. to the customer.

Sevira Kids may defer reimbursement until receipt of the goods or until the Customer has provided proof of shipment of the goods, the date selected being that of the first of these facts.

Return modalities

Condition of the returned item

The product must be returned following Sevira Kids' instructions, in the original condition, with all accessories and packaging delivered.

The Customer is only liable for the depreciation of the good resulting from handling other than those necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and proper functioning. In other words, the Customer has the possibility of testing the product ( excluding hygiene products ) but he may be held liable if he carries out manipulations other than those which are necessary or if the returned product contains dust, hair, stains, fingerprints and any other residue making it impossible to resell the property. The Customer is aware that the Seller is not required to clean, repair or properly repackage the goods he receives in return to put them back on sale, given his commitment to only sell new products to his Customers.

DELIVERY POLICY

DELIVERY ZONES

Sevira Kids ensures the delivery of its products in Metropolitan France, in the DOM-TOM * and internationally *.

The products are shipped to the delivery address specified by the Customer during the ordering process. Orders are sent from France via La Poste (Colissimo service) or DHL (express and international delivery) but also by third-party partners (Marketplace such as Amazon or La Redoute).


SHIPPING TIMES

The deadlines for preparing an order and then establishing the invoice, before shipment of the Products in stock are mentioned on the site for information only. These deadlines are understood to be excluding weekends or public holidays.

COVID-19: Delivery times and online monitoring are impacted during the health crisis linked to COVID-19, all carriers and all delivery methods combined. SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery method chosen, the volume of the items and the destination. The amount of these costs will be payable by the Customer in addition to the amount of the products purchased.

RECEIPT OF ORDER

The package will be delivered to the CUSTOMER in his letterbox, by hand or to the Guardian, at the delivery address indicated during the ordering process. The delivery concludes the transfer of ownership.


In the event of a large package and in the absence of the Customer, a calling card will be left in the letterbox, specifying the address and the time of availability of the package.

DELAYS, THEFT OR DAMAGE

It is specified that shipments are made - unless otherwise specified - within 24 to 72 hours from mainland France, and that deliveries will be made within fifteen (15) days maximum. Failing this, the Customer must give Sevira Kids formal notice to deliver within a reasonable period of time and in the event of non-delivery within this period, he may terminate the contract.

Sevira Kids is responsible until the Product is delivered to the Customer (delivery in letterbox, in person or to the Guardian). It is reminded that the Customer has a period of three (3) days to notify the damage or losses observed during delivery.

REQUEST FOR REFUND FOLLOWING LOSS, THEFT OR DAMAGE:

In the event of a proven loss of package during distribution and after investigation by the Carrier, Sevira Kids will reimburse the Customer, without undue delay from receipt of the dated and signed sworn certificate indicating non-receipt of the package, the total amount paid for the Products, including taxes and delivery costs, by means of the same payment method as that used by the Customer to purchase the Products.

Special case: In the event that the Customer has not received the package when it is indicated as delivered on the carrier's site, the Customer must send a sworn statement by email indicating the non-receipt of the package so that Sevira Kids can make a claim with the carrier.

Sevira Kids is not responsible for the theft or damage to the Customer's letterbox, the decision will be made after the result of the investigation carried out by the carrier. Any certified package delivered by the Carrier after investigation may not be subject to compensation / reimbursement or return of goods.

REQUEST FOR REFERENCE:

In the event that the Customer wishes their parcel to be returned, Sevira Kids will return the Customer's order without delay as desired, after receipt of the sworn certificate indicating non-receipt of the parcel.

Special offers coupons / promo codes can only be used once. They can be used on any item, even on sale.

WELCOME OFFER

Sevira Kids offers all new Customers who register on their Facebook Page a welcome offer of 10% reduction on their entire order. The Customer will receive a promotional code to add on the order validation page ("basket") in the "DISCOUNT VOUCHERS" box.

The promotional code (s) must be entered manually by the Customer before online payment. Any forgetting of a promotional code at this stage cannot be the object of a modification or a refund a posteriori after validation of the order.

PURCHASE VOUCHERS (COUPONS / DISCOUNT CODES) / CONTEST GAMES

As part of the organization of contests with vouchers to be won, Sevira Kids sends a personal promotional code to the winner (s) chosen by drawing lots. These codes are for one-time use. Non-transferable, they can only be used by the beneficiary Client.

Delivery of prizes:
