DELIVERY METHODS AND COSTS

Sevira Kids ensures the delivery of its products in Metropolitan France, in the DOM-TOMs and also internationally, according to different delivery methods, times and prices. Your order is shipped to the delivery address specified during the order validation process. Orders are sent from France via the Colissimo, DHL, Mondial Relay delivery service or a transport partner for bulky products. Shipping and delivery costs are calculated according to the delivery method chosen, the volume of the items and the destination. The amount of these costs will be due by the Customer in addition to the amount of the products purchased.

RETURN POLICY
Right of withdrawal applicable to the Consumer Client

All Articles may be subject to withdrawal, except those excluded by law in Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code and specified in the clause.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

For example: items that have been personalized at your request, items that have been unsealed, items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons (e.g. worn socks), etc. The customer has 14 days from receipt of our items to ensure the compatibility of the product(s) purchased/received (in the case of a birth list) with the equipment with which they are intended to be used (cosy, stroller, bed, cradle, pram, etc.), without going beyond the "test", in which case the product would no longer be new and therefore no longer eligible for a return. After this date and if the item shows signs of wear, no commercial gesture or return can be attributed. *Excluding hygiene products

The Customer's liability may be engaged if they carry out manipulations other than thos that are necessary, or if the returned product contains dust, hair, stains, fingerprints and any other residue that makes reselling the item impossible. Subjet to the provisions of the clause.

Below, the Customer has the legal withdrawal period of fourteen days to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of return costs. The return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

Principle of withdrawal

The Customer has in principle the right to return or return the PRODUCT to the SELLER or to a person designated by the latter, without undue delay, and at the latest within fourteen (14) days following the communication of his decision to withdraw, unless the SELLER offers to recover the PRODUCT himself.

Withdrawal period

The withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) calendar days after the day on which the Customer, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the Customer, takes physical possession of the PRODUCT. In the event that the Customer has ordered several PRODUCTS via a single order giving rise to several DELIVERIES (or in the case of an order for a single PRODUCT delivered in several batches), the withdrawal period will expire thirty (30) calendar days after the day on which the CUSTOMER, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by the Customer, takes physical possession of the last PRODUCT delivered.

N.B. : In the event that the Customer had initially paid shipping costs (order less than €60), these will not be refunded. Gift wrapping is also non-refundable.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal and the right of return

In accordance with Article L. 221-28 of the Consumer Code, and unless expressly agreed between the Seller or the Customer, the right of withdrawal and return does not apply to all products, in particular:

  • - For reasons of hygiene or health protection * slippers / socks * lingerie / underwear * teething mitts, teething toys or accessories and bath toys, hot or cold hot water bottles * nappy and wipes, flat comforter and swaddle included * potty training products (toilet reducer, etc.) * meal category products (spoons, plates, baby bottles, cups, nibblers, cloth or silicone bibs or bandanas, etc.) * silicone night light (likely to have been put in the mouth by children) * items that have been unsealed, e.g. toys: detached and/or removed from the packaging

  • - If they are likely to deteriorate or perish sea (example: gift cards, gift wrapping, etc.), - If they are made to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalized. In addition, the right of return does not apply for gift cards. On the other hand, gift cards benefit from the right of withdrawal.
Terms of implementation of the right of withdrawal and the right of return
Notification of the right of withdrawal

To exercise his right of withdrawal or return, the Customer must notify his decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous declaration before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period:

The Seller will send to the Customer by email an acknowledgement of receipt of the withdrawal or the information of the return of the Product(s). This e-mail includes :

  • - The procedure for returning or withdrawing the Product(s),
  • - The postal address to which the Customer must return the Product(s)
  • - A summary of the registered Product(s). The withdrawal form can be sent by email upon request

    The return slip is not required to be included in the return package

    The Customer must, without undue delay and, in any event, no later than thirty (30) days after communicating their decision to withdraw from this contract, return the goods to : Sevira Kids, 7 rue du Four Saint-Jacques, 60200 Compiègne, France

    Effects of withdrawal - Refund

    As soon as the Seller receives the return in accordance with the conditions previously mentionned above : 

    • - Si le Client souhaite retourner la totalité de sa commande, il sera crédité du montant indiqué sur la confirmation de commande hors de frais de livraison effectué.
    • - S'il retourne une partie des Produits commandés, il sera crédité du montant correspondant au(x) Produit(s) retourné(s). Le remboursement se fera au plus tard 14 jours suivant la réception marchandise de retour faisant l'objet de la demande de retour ou de rétractation à compter du jour de la réception par le Vendeur.

    Le remboursement se fera par le même moyen de paiement que celui utilisé par le Client pour régler sa commande. Le(s) Produit(s) doivent être retourné(s) en bon état, dans son/leur emballage d’origine et avec la totalité de ses/leur accessoire(s). Tout Produit retourné abîmé et/ou hors de son emballage d’origine et/ou sans la totalité de ses accessoires ne pourra faire l’objet d’un remboursement. En cas de retour de Produit(s) retourné(s) ne respectent pas les conditions conformes de retour, il(s) sera (seront) renvoyé au client.

    Le Vendeur se réserve le droit de refuser le remboursement pour les frais suivants :

    • - Frais de retour
    • - Frais de livraison
    • - Emballage cadeau

    DEADLINES AND CONDITIONS

    If the Customer wishes to change a product (color, model or size), he must inform the Seller before any return. The return costs remain the responsability of the Customer. If the desired product is at a higher price than the price initially paid, the Customer must pay the difference.

    Upon receipt of it, Sevira Kids will send the new item(s). The item(s) sent as a gift to the recipient by the billed party can be refunded only to the initial account used when paying the order. By default, the recipient of the gift has the right to withdraw, within 14 days after the date of delivery under the conditions previously described.

    The terms and conditions are identical to those mentioned in our returned conditions (delays, types of products accepted for return, etc). The product(s) desired for the exchange will be returned to the Customer ate the Seller's expense.

    Return or exchange of goods bought outside the website : Purchase in the context of Fairs or Shows

    In accordance with the law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made during Fairs or Shows. Consumers and Customers are informed of the absence of the right of withdrawal. In order to satisfy its Customers as as possible and according to certain specific criteria, Sevira Kids may agree to an exchange in return for taking charge by the Customer with the same conditions of exchange mentioned above.

    N.B. : Sevira Kids does not carry out any exchanges by hand outside of Trade Shows or Exhibition Fairs.

    Complaints related to damage after washing

    We take the greatest care in making our products and recommend that our Customers follow the washing and spinning instructions for our Textile Collections :

    • - Machine wash at low temperature
    • - Low spin
    • - No dryer

    In order to preserve the durability of the textile, it is preferable to wash Baby's linen separately and/or to use washing bags if possible so that Velcro strips or other elements such as zippers, etc do not damage your linen.

    Any textile damage occurring after washing - apart from any obvious manufacturing defect - cannot be the subject of any compensation. Similarly and like any physical store, no complaint arising several weeks or months of use can be the subject of any compensation, the conditions of use and/or washing cannot be verified by the Seller. This clause concerns in particular products in textile, meals, hygiene and care categories involving intense use and repeated washing.
